Find a comfortable place to take your session. Stand your Super Max panel on the floor, flat surface or hang on the back of a door using the supplied attachments.
2. Plug and Go
Plug your device into the mains and turn on. Select red, near infrared or both for maximum results and choose your session length using the in-built timer.
Sitting/standing/lying front of your panel, close your eyes, relax and enjoy your session for 10 – 20 minutes.
